Jonathan Utin Arrested

Jon Utin, math and science teacher at Blacksburg Middle School from 1968-2003, has been charged in Ohio with child molestation.

Arrested in Blacksburg, Utin was arraigned Friday, September 22nd in Middletown, Ohio and charged with one count of gross sexual imposition.

Blacksburg Police, who have begin their own investigation into other possible incidents, have released a statement:

We are interested in any information regarding this case and ask that anyone who wants to report anything, do so in writing.
